Tom Hayes the eldest member of the Irish Naval Association received a presentation from the Irish Naval Association President Bryan Gildea. Tom a former Chief Petty Officer in the Naval Reserve for 41 years was also made an Honorary Life Member. Also in the photo's are Tom's Family and his Son CPO Aidan Hayes and Executive Officer Naval Service Reserve Lt.Conor Smyth.
